Is all of your food gluten-free?

Yes.

Are the pizzas lactose-free?

Yes- our cheese is less than 0.01% lactose. Lactose is container in our garlic & herb dip.

Is your food halal?

No.

Are your meats free-range?

Yes.

Can I customise toppings?

No.

What is the shelf life of the pizzas?

3 days refrigerated or 6 months frozen.

How do I cook the pizzas?

  • Preheat oven to 220°C.
  • Remove all packaging and place on a shelf or pizza tray/stone in the middle of your oven.
  • Cook from frozen: 220°C, 425°F, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 11 minutes
  • Cook from fresh: 220°C, 425°F, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 8 minutes

Where can I find nutritional and allergy information?

Nutritional and allergy info is included in the description area of all products and packages (see here for details). Every pizza also has a detailed list of ingredients on the label.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on the Thursday or Friday you selected when placing order online. DPD will text and email you to provide a 1 hour timeslot on the morning of delivery. They have also been instructed to leave in a safe place when there is no answer due to the perishable nature of our products.

How frequent are subscription orders delivered?

Every 4 weeks.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Everywhere in the UK (mainland).

Can you deliver to my home or work address?

Sure, just include which address you’d like us to deliver to at the checkout.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be rescheduled due to the perishable nature of food products, however you can message us here to switch your delivery day or week so long as we receive 48hrs notice prior to delivery.

Do I need to be home to accept delivery?

No- if you are going to be out when your delivery arrives you can specify a safe place for DPD to leave your package. Simply update your preferences on the DPD email or text received. Each order is sent in chilled packaging and will keep items cold for up to 48hrs.

I’ve just signed up for a subscription- when will I receive my first delivery?

We’ll deliver your first order on the date you selected before checkout. Subsequent deliveries will be shipped every 4 weeks unless paused or cancelled.

How do I update my selections on a subscription plan?

We are currently working on a tool that will allow you to do this via your MyAccount page, however in the meantime if you would like to make adjustments to your selections please feel free to drop us a message here and we will get them processed straight away.

What’s the cut-off for making adjustments to my subscription?

All adjustment requests will need to be submitted with 48hrs notice in order to be effective for the upcoming delivery. Requests received after this time will be activated for the following delivery.

When will I be charged?

Initial orders are charged at the point of purchase and recurring subscription charges will be charged 4-weekly and 2 days before delivery.

I’m going on holiday, can I pause my subscription without cancelling?

Sure, just send us a message here and we can pause or reschedule deliveries for you so long as we receive the request no later than 48hrs before your next delivery is due.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel simply drop us a message here and we will get your subscription cancelled right away. Any orders already paid for will still be delivered. Please note we require a minimum notice period of 48hrs to cancel upcoming deliveries- this ensures we do not start making your order and allows us to cancel payments before they are charged.
